Q:Are your Jewellery 100% authentic?
A:Don’t worry about the quality. We have lots of customers from all over the world.They are very satisfied with our Jewellery.
Q:Why are the Jewellery on your web site cheaper than those on other sites?
A:We get the goods directly from the factory. Moreover, we don’t need to pay tax fees home and abroad. So our price is reasonable.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can pay for your products by VisaCard or MasterCard. If you need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend Western Union.
Q: When will I can get my shipping tracking number?
A: Please give us 3 business days to process your order and we will update your tracking number on the next business day by Email.

Q: How can I return my Jewellery for a refund or exchange?
A: To have a return request processed you will simply need to send us an email with the details of your order and the products you would like to return. In order for us to process a replacement or refund you will have to return the products you received at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number for the return package. There is no restocking fee.
Q: What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?
A: It is unlikely that your package is lost or stolen. If we approve that your Goods disappears, we will resend you another for impenstate. But if the postal service delivers the goods to the wrong address or you have moved of changed your address without notifying us in advance, we can do nothing to recover your Goods.
Q:What if I'm not home when you deliver?
A: Deliveries will usually be made from Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. A signature is required from the recipient upon the items' arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your items will arrive safely and directly to your appointed location. All parcels will be held for picking up if it can't be signed or delivered. In that case, you can directly contact your local post office with your tracking number to arrange re-delivery or collect our parcel personally.
